10月6日讯昨日中超成都蓉城足球俱乐部官方宣布，与35岁的前锋艾克森提前终止合同。解说袁甲表示，不出意外的话艾克森应该就此退役了，感谢他为中国足球做出的贡献。

2023年4月，成都蓉城宣布艾克森加盟，效力1年半时间里，艾克森出场35次（34场中超，1场足协杯）打入10球。2024赛季，艾克森只踢了8场比赛，总时间194分钟，打入2球助攻1次，他在队最后一次登场是在7月16日2-0击败南通支云的足协杯。
